Octopus in a tidepool. This is in an area between Abalone Cove and "Sacred" Cove, reachable by a steep walk (it's on the other side of the Abalone Cove headland). At low tide, the tidepools here are awesome, and you never know what you might find. This octopus was trapped in the pool by the receding tide, and  undoubtedly returned to the ocean once the tide came back in.
